Peacefully entered eternal rest on Wednesday, November 1, 2023. Survived by three children, other relatives and many friends. Viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 14 at St. Margaret of Scotland Catholic Church, 410 Addison Rd., S., Capitol Heights, MD 20743 at 11 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial, 12 Noon. Interment private.

Christmas of 2024 - The Blessed memory of Jean Jackson shall be a part of us forever. This is not a good-bye, but rather a "see-you-later" when our appointed time comes. Ms. Jean, we know you are in Heaven, and rejoicing with All the other loved ones gone before you, as they too, accepted Jesus Christ as their Savior. God instructs All to the only way to Heaven in Romans 10:9 and John 3:16. Thank you for being so much fun and loving toward us and to our late Mom, Esther Booth Turner. Forever grateful to Jesus Christ for your life, and for giving us the honor to have known you.

Heaven is truly rejoicing at the throne of our Lord God Jesus Christ at the homecoming of yet another one of His children who was a most beautiful and fun person to have known. We, the children of the late Esther Booth Turner, were honored to have known her as a dear person to our beloved mother and the late Mrs. Lillian Bailey. To the Jackson/Dodson and all extended family members and close friends, our deepest condolences are extended. May our Lord God Jesus Christ comfort and give you much peace at this time.
