Robert L. Lefevre

Robert L. "Bob" Lefevre, age 87, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away peacefully surrounded by love on his birthday and 63rd wedding anniversary, November 4, 2023, at Hospice of Northwest Ohio Perrysburg. Bob was born November 4, 1936, in Toledo, Ohio, to the late Robert G. and Marie R. (Wilbeck) Lefevre.

Bob was a proud 1954 graduate of Macomber High School and continued his education at the University of Toledo. He worked as a Sales/Engineer for Dana Corporation, where he retired after a long and dedicated 38 years. During retirement, Bob worked at the Toledo Art Museum as a gallery guard. Bob was a proud North-ender and later lived many years in the Point Place and Shoreland area.

He was a past Master of Harbor Light Lodge #746 and a member of the Scottish Rite, Valley of Toledo. Bob played Bridge and loved fishing and sports, especially the Ohio State Buckeyes and New York Yankees. He coached Stickney School in the NTOFA Jr. leagues and also played Federation football and softball.

Those left to forever cherish his memory are his loving wife, Becky (Jeffery) Lefevre, whom he married on November 4, 1960; children, Keith Lefevre, Julie (Dave) Hogan, and Rob (Pam) Lefevre; grandchildren, Molly (Clayton), Ben (Jenna), Emily, and Kristen (Joe); siblings, Bill (Sandy) Lefevre and Steve Lefevre; and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his brother, Jerry (Kathy) Lefevre; and sister-in-law, Caren Lefevre.

Family and friends may visit at Newcomer Funeral Home, 4150 West Laskey Road, Toledo, Ohio 43623, on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. A Sharing of Memories will begin at 6:00 p.m.
