Mary L. Duncan
Age 54, passed away Saturday July 2, 2022 at Ascension St. Joseph.
Born in Gary, IN to Glyn and Margaret (Driver) Duncan. Mary loved her two precious cats. She was a caring and outing person. She was the Rock of the family. Grew up in New Chicago, IN moving to Lockport in 1973.
Survived by her siblings Patricia Wilds, Charlie (Polly) Duncan and Karen Waller; several nieces and nephews Michael Wilds, Melanie Wilds, Dennis Duncan Jr., Brian Duncan, Lisa Duncan, Charles Glyn (April) Duncan, Amber Duncan, Timothy Bernard, Joseph Bernard, LaDonna (John) Thompson, Ronald G. Bernard, Crystal (William Sheffield) Bernard and Becky Bernard; numerous great nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friend Karla Whittimore.
Preceded in death by her parents Glyn and Margaret Duncan; brothers Dennis Duncan Sr. and Rick Lee Oliver Duncan; one nephew Joseph Cameron Duncan; her fiancé Scott Byrne and step father Billy Joe Jones.
A Memorial Service will be held, Friday July 8, 2022 at 12:00 noon at the Blackburn-Giegerich-Sonntag Funeral Home. Visitation Friday morning 10:00 am until time of services.
