Priscilla Hogan Obituary

Priscilla Hogan
Priscilla Hogan, longtime resident of Stamford, CT and West Hyannisport, MA, passed away on October 23, 2023. She was 93.
Born in Lynn, MA, she was the daughter of Herbert and Ann (Kenny) Maxfield. She graduated from Peabody High School. She was employed at Information Security Associates in Stamford, Connecticut, for many years, prior to retiring to Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
Priscilla will forever be remembered as the epitome of a mother and grandmother. She never ran short of kind words, encouraging smiles, loving hugs, comforting cups of tea, and steady support. She was described as the picture of strength throughout her life, and will continue to be held as the truest sense of a role model in the hearts of her family.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law John Jr. and Susan Hogan of Becket, MA, son and daughter-in-law Michael and Lauren Hogan of Alpharetta, GA, son James Hogan of Portland, OR, son David Hogan of Stamford, CT, son Gregory Hogan of Miami, FL, daughter Pamela Kiernan of Brooklyn, NY, daughter Patricia Hogan of Brooklyn, NY, and grandchildren Dan, Catie, Rachael, Lindsay, Matt, Kelly, Catherine, Sean, and Emme, and great-granddaughter Claire. She was predeceased by her husband, John Hogan, Sr, grandson, Michael Hogan, Jr., son-in-law, Michael Kiernan, brother, Herbert K. Maxfield and his wife, Dorothy. She also has several nieces and nephews.
Family has arranged for a private service and burial Saturday. Priscilla will be laid to rest at Queen of Peace Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the Leo P. Gallagher & Son Funeral Home in Stamford, CT.
The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the staff of Sunrise of Stamford.

To the beautiful family of Priscilla,
So many years and so many wonderful memories of mom at Sunrise ! Priscilla was a pleasure to see every morning in her favorite robe (I have one too!) mom was always smiling and happy everyday
and excited when you visited, especially with the dogs ! She was a very proud mom and grandma and loved you ALL as you all loved her !
