Claudia GORDON Obituary

After a 14-year battle with Alzheimer's, Claudia went to her Heavenly home on June 20, 2022. Her devoted husband (Mike Gordon) of 48 years, four loving children (Andrew Gordon, Melissa Ulrich, David Gordon, Jessica Cook), and her faithful caregiver of 7 years (Rolanda) surrounded her in her final days. Claudia was born and raised in Prosser, WA, where she was the oldest of nine children to Charles & Eileen Marley. She went to Washington State University where she earned her degree in teaching, but more importantly, met Mike. She cherished her years teaching Kindergarten and first grade. She will be remembered for her contagious laugh, her unending devotion to her kids, and her soft-spoken way. She is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Gaye Davis.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, July 12 at 3:30 pm at CenterPlace Regional Event Center in Spokane Valley. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Spokane.
