Beau James Brown

1984 - 2023

Sandy, UT-Beau James Brown passed away peacefully in his home in Sandy, Utah on October 31, 2023.

Beau was born on November 12, 1984 to Jan and Doug Brown and two doting older sisters.

He graduated from Brighton High School in 2003.

Beau was the charter member of the Friend's Clubhouse and became an irreplaceable presence in this invaluable program for people with special needs.

He loved his friends, family, and food; but not necessarily in that order. Beau had a passion for WWE wrestling, good country music, and video games. He was our in-house tech support for all things electronic from TV remotes to iPhones and was The Manager of our family's charging cables.

Beau had a sixth sense of empathy for everyone around him, providing you comfort when no one else knew you needed it. He had an appreciation for good humor and a witty comment, and spent countless hours sharing Seinfeld episodes with his cherished grandpa.

Beau was something "extra" - in the way he laughed, loved, and lived - and how he taught the rest of us in his subtle ways. Even though the light in our family has dimmed, he will carry on with us through his example and the things he taught us - as we try every day to be a little more like Beau.

Thank you to Dr. James Chamberlain and Kacie Doyle-Delgado, FNP for their devoted care. And thank you to the staff and friends of the Friend's Clubhouse for being the place where he always wanted to be.
