Ms Ella Bush was a great teacher & administrator. She inspired me to strive to be a better person, student, & educator. I will never forget her and how she encouraged me. RIH

Ms. Bush was always kind to us at Wirt HS . She will be truly missed.

Miss Bush was elegant. an intellect and was very professional. She cared abut her students and wanted them to be all that they could be. I met her at Tolleston Middle School in 1972. She is one of my teachers that I have not forgotten over the years. Rest Well, Beautiful Educator

I remember Mrs. Bush from Tolleston when it was a high school and she was one of my favorite teachers. As I look back, Mrs. Bush was one of the teachers who had a significant impact in my life; she was always giving encouragement and positive feedback to me when needed. It was truly wonderful knowing such a beautiful woman and teacher during that brief period.

Mrs. Bush was the ideal educator. Everyone in the school loved her. She just had a way with the students. My sincere prayers and condolences to her family.

Mrs. Bush was everything you could desire in a educator, she will be truly be remember by many.

From being a student at Horace Mann High School where Mrs. Bush served as the Dean of Students and then eventually working for her as one of her secretaries was an honor. Dr. Bush was kind, considerate, funny and a fair person whom I truly enjoyed working for...she was my confidant!!! She was a true jewel to the Gary Community School Corporation in the respective positions she held!!!
