Preceded in death by father, Bennie; and mother, Velma Hopkin. Survived by husband, Bill Poulsen; children: Kristi (Carl) Thacker, Brenda (Brandon) Myers, and Mike (Kristen) Poulsen; grandchildren: Austin (Britney Donaldson), Noah and Ellie Thacker, Benjamin, Aiden and Hunter Myers, Jared (Taylor), and Jenna Wirth.
Sandy was an amazing wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved, not only her children and grandchildren, but ALL children. She was strong, independent, kind, and nurturing. Family meant everything to her. She was loved deeply and will be missed greatly by all her knew her.

Our neighborhood will greatly miss Sandy and the joy she brought to every holiday with her yard decorations. A calendar of fun and a legacy we will never forget. I always think of Sandy with every holiday decoration I drag out of the boxes and dust off. She will live in our hearts forever. Bless you Sandy and your family.
