Stacy Ann Adams, April 22nd, 1973-Nov 7th, 2024
Stacy was a strong-willed, beautiful soul. Her happiness and compassion for others always outshined the darkest days for her and anyone around her. She was always adventurous and loved making the best out of nothing. Becoming disabled at a young age, Stacy had to overcome many obstacles in life but never stopped fighting through the pain. With a vast heart, Stacy would go out of her way to make you smile no matter what she was going through. She loved to craft, garden, sing, dance, and, most of all, cook. If you knew Stacy, you never left her house without a full belly and a warm feeling. Stacy loved every person she met and wanted everyone to know that she had a place in her heart for them. Stacy was many things including a teacher, a firefighter, a friend and an amazing mother.
She endured many medical mysteries over the last decade but would always find a way to laugh and joke through every hospital stay. She was full of laughter and beauty, but if you knew Stacy, grace was not a word in her vocabulary. She held many names, but the one that meant the most was Momma. She worked hard to be the best mom she could be no matter the situation or hardships put in her way. She was proud to be a good mom, daughter, and wife; overall, she prided herself as a true loving Christian.
Gone too soon, Stacy will be missed by many; she is in the morning dew and imperfect perfect clouds painted on the sky. We will always remember the amazing soul, while taken too soon, but never forget the beautiful ways of everyone's best friend, Stacy Ann Burnett Adams.
Survived by Jimmie Adams (Husband), Shelby Lee Burnett (Daughter), Atha Lee Burnett (Mother), Angel Portillo (Son in Law), Brothers Billy and Brent Burnett, Aunt Peggy, ½ brother Eric Waide, Step sons Micheal and Daniel Adams, Grandson Emerson Adams, Nephews include, Tanner, Shay, Dalten, Donnie, Dillion, Jesse, Athan, Xander, Brixton Burnett, Nieces include Staycha and Ava Burnett.
