Mrs. Marilyn Christine Agee Moore, 84, died Monday evening (August 19, 2024) at her residence.
She was born in Pearson, GA to the late James Alexander Agee and Myrtice Christine Brown Agee. She was a bookkeeper with the Georgia Division of Family & Children Services and was a member of Bickley United Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her first husband, Albert Lamar Sprouse; her second husband, Bennie Carl Moore; and her siblings, Bill Agee, Mity Cleghorn, and Jim Agee.
She is survived by her children, Gina Davis (late Steve) of Southside, AL and Steven Sprouse of Nicholls, GA; her grandchildren, Kristin Morgan (Daniel) of Southside, AL and Chris Sprouse (Lacy); her great grandchildren, Rowan Alexander Morgan, Kason Sprouse, and Kollins Sprouse; her brother and sister in laws, Jane Agee, Ed Cleghorn, and Mary Beth Agee; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives. The family also wanted to give special thanks to her caretaker for the past four years, Dinetha Sutton.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday (August 23, 2024) at Bickley United Methodist Church.
