We are all so sadden by Joe´s passing. He was such a constant part of our family´s lives. I was around 9 years old when I first met him on Shetland. He was more than a friend to our father. He was the "little" brother he never had. I hope that knowing how much he was loved and respected will bring comfort to you during this difficult time. Love to all.

My deepest condolences to the entire Dallas family.
My Dad had a few select friends that endeared themselves to the Constable family to the point that we all considered them "you don´t have to knock" type friends.
Joe was always at the top of that list.
Ms. Jo, Laura and Joe, please know that few men have ever impressed me more than your dad, from his laid back sense of humor to his wonderful musical talents and his unwavering friendship for my dad and us kids, he was a remarkably intelligent man (which I´m sure you know all too well) and he will forever be in my thoughts.
May God Bless his soul and May He give you comfort at this time.
