(November 23, 1970-December 6, 2021)
It is with great sadness that the family of John H. Joray announce his passing. John died on December 6, 2021 after a long battle with Covid-19 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center in Poughkeepsie, NY. John was a man with a genuine love for his family and great kindness for others. He is survived by his beloved parents, John and Patricia Joray of Ellenville, NY.
John was born in Ellenville on November 23, 1970. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone who was in need, especially his sister Joanne. He enjoyed watching his Jets and Mets play and also our local softball games, "Go Outlaws". John also spent many Wednesday nights playing cards with his brother Jeff and sister in law Christina. John loved the simple things. His smile could light up a room and no words can express the deep loss that our family is feeling.
John is survived by his son, John Joray lll of PA and his companion Victoria Cairns and grandchildren Jayden and Jayla Joray.
His three siblings, Joseph Joray of FL and his two daughters Hailey and Teaghan Joray. Joanne Joray of Ellenville, NY and her children Charles Miles and his
companion (Jaclyn) Christopher Miles and his companion (Elisa) Latoya Calhoun companion (Leon)and Barney White. Jeffrey Joray of Ellenville, NY and his companion (Christina) and his two daughters, Jennifer and Jessica Joray. In addition Uncles, Aunts, and many great Nephews and Nieces.
He filled each of our lives with love in his own special way. He will forever be a part of our hearts.
"The best Uncle Johnny".
