Erika Hanley Obituary

of Turtle Creek, age 35, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, June 25, 2021.

Erika was a proud mother to three children, Breonna, Dontae, and Layla.

Loving daughter to Melissa (Glenn Myers) Davis and Bryan "Bean" Hanley, and stepdaughter to Michael Caprara.

Dear sister to Madelyn Caprara, Michael (Madison) Caprara, and Angela (Nate) Caprara Nieland, and Bryan and Josh Hanley.

Adored granddaughter of Patti Lazloffy, Barb Parks, and Joan Caprara. Preceded in death by grandparents, Judy and Larry Hanley, Kal Lazloffy, and Henry Caprara

Erika is also survived by nieces, Isabella, Cheyanne, and Dylan, and nephew, Ethan, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Despite all of the love surrounding Erika, she unexpectedly lost her battle with addiction. She will be remembered for how deeply she loved her children, her fierce loyalty, and for having the natural ability to make those around her laugh. We will continue to see her in the faces of her children, and always love her as big as the sky.

Family and close friends are welcome on Thursday from 2-6 p.m. at Patrick T. Lanigan Funeral Home & Crematory; 1111 Monroeville Ave.; Turtle Creek, PA 15145; (412) 823-9350. A Private Blessing Service for the immediate family will take place following the visitation.
