Evelyn Hawes, 94, of Mayfield, died Wednesday, June 22, 2022, at Providence Point in Paducah.
She was a member of Dublin Baptist Church and a retired employee of Merit Clothing Company.
Mrs. Hawes is survived by two brothers, Larry (Marie) Wilson of Bowling Green and Garry (JinJin) Wilson of Cupertino, California; two sisters, Linda Wilson Clark of Fulgham, and Cinda Samples-Rhodes of Lone Oak; nephew, Chuck (Angie) Foster of Murray; and several other nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Hawes; one sister, Joyce Allen; one brother, Glen Wilson; and her parents, James Oscar and Bonnie Hayden Wilson.
Funeral services for Mrs. Evelyn Hawes will be 3 p.m. Sunday, June 26, 2022, at Byrn Funeral Home in Mayfield. Ronnie Stinson, Sr. will officiate. Entombment will follow at Highland Park Mausoleum.
Visitation will be 1-3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
