December 24, 1943 - March 3, 2025

Kathy L. Allison, 81, of Filer, passed away on Monday, March 3, 2025, at St. Luke's Magic Valley.

Kathy was born in Twin Falls, Idaho, on December 24, 1943, to Homer and Lorrain Anderson. She married Joe Allison on June, 2, 1962. They enjoyed forty seven years of marriage. On September 20, 1962, Joe and Kathy were blessed with their first daughter, Angela. On July 25, 1966, they welcomed their second daughter, Jeannie.

Kathy was a wonderful florist for several years, owning her own business. It was called "Kathy's Flower's". She also had a deep love for the ocean. The Oregon Coast and Hawaii were her most favorite to visit. Her greatest joy in life was her only grandson, Colton Baratti. She was then blessed with a great-grandson, Ryker Baratti.

Kathy is preceded in death by her daughter; Angela Allison; husband; Joe Allison; parents; and siblings.

She is survived by her daughter Jeannie (Joe) Baratti; grandson Colton (Kenzie) Baratti; and great-grandson Ryker Baratti.

Per Kathy's wishes, there will be no services. Kathy and Joe's urns will be laid to rest with their daughters grave.

Kathy was my neighbor on our farm in sucker flats. She was the only girl close to my age. I remember going to a tea party at her home. she was a great hostess. i was an only girl with 4 brothers and there were no tea parties at my house. I thought she was so lucky to have sisters and only 1 bother.
