Joyce Cooper Rogers

March 30, 1926 - October 31, 2023

Warner Robins, Georgia - Joyce Cooper Rogers passed away in the early morning hours of Tuesday, October 31, 2023. She was 97 years old. A graveside service will be held at Southview Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband of 66 years, Jack Rogers on Friday, November 3, 2023 at 11:00 am with the Rev. Andy Pickens will officiate.

Joyce was born March 30, 1926 in Thomaston, Georgia to the late Mr. Charles Cooper and Mrs. Rosa Cooper. She worked in retail sales for many years, finally retiring from K-Mart. She enjoyed cooking for her family and sitting around the table reminiscing of happy memories made with love. She was the true matriarch of her family and will be missed by all who knew and loved her. In addition to her parents and spouse, Joyce is preceded in death by her daughters: Judy Rogers and Cindy Bullington.

She is survived by children: Rick Rogers, Harry Rogers, Mike (Donna) Rogers, and David (Donna) Rogers; 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and a host of nieces and nephews.
