Michael (Mike) Hall Rigsby , 86, of Houston, passed March 2, 2022. A visitation will be at 2:00 PM with a memorial service following at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, March 8th at Crowder Funeral Home-Webster. Condolences may be left at www.crowderfuneralhome.com.

I'm truly saddened to hear about the passing of my favorite teacher. Had him for 3 years of English class. A lot of fond memories of him. I knew he was a Marine at one time. His shoes always had a high glossy shine. He walked ramrod straight. I remember him being a pilot. Any time he heard a plane flying over head, he would id it and talk a little bit about it. Always a joy to talk to and he was willing to talk to you about any thing. Because of him, my grades improved in his class. I remember he helped over see a model rocket club that was fun. He would talk fondly of his wife and daughter. I remember an airedale terrier in there as well. My deepest condolences to his family. RIP Mr. Rigsby. I for one will miss you. Your former student.
