Kenneth Spindler Obituary

Kenneth Carl Spindler, of La Salle, passed away October 31, 2023. He was born on November 1, 1931 to Carl and Helen (Borchardt) Spindler in Wisconsin. Ken and Betty Ann Keding married on September 29, 1962 in Stratford, Wisconsin. The couple had one son, Todd, and seven beautiful daughters, Penny, CherylAnn, Carla, Carmen and Cynthia. Ken enjoyed the outdoors and his hobbies included fishing, bowling and spending time with his family. He was a true craftsman and enjoyed carpentry. He was a loving son, husband, father and grandfather, he will be greatly missed. He is survived by his daughters, Penny Strupp, Cherylann (Gary) Lindblad, Carla Golden, Carmen Bockenstette, and Cynthia (Ronald) Hongell, son, Todd Spindler,(ReNae Hayes), 15 grandchildren, and 24 great-grandchildren, 4 great, great grandchildren, 1 great, great, great grandchild as well as sisters, Dawn (Roger) Johnson, Faye (Robert) Cieslek, and Dixie (Kermit) Geblein. Ken is preceded in death by his wife, Betty, who passed in 2018, daughters, Dionne Burnett and Peggy Senz, grandson Jason Strupp, great-grandson, Aiden Walter. A Funeral Service will be held on November 4, 2023 at Allnutt Funeral Service - Macy Chapel, 6521 W. 20th Street, Greeley, at 11:00 a.m. followed by burial at Sunset Memorial Gardens, 3400 W. 28th Street, Greeley.
