Dwayne Bell Obituary

Dwayne Webber Bell, age 59, of Westminster, passed away on Friday, November 10, 2023 at Northwest Hospital after suffering a battle with cancer.

Born December 16, 1963 in Gettysburg, PA, he was the son of Ira Webber Bell of Westminster and the late Mary Elizabeth Nicholson Bell.

Dwayne loved his Brown Swiss Cattle and showed at many fairs, having one of the top herds in Carroll County. He was a member of the Brown Swiss Association, where he held many duties.

He farmed for himself and was a milk tester for many years. After he stopped farming, he worked for several other dairy farms in the area.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his daughter, Pamela and husband Noah Ehrenberg. He was a proud grandfather and enjoyed playing with his grandson, Asher Ehrenberg. He is also survived by a sister, Dawn Raver and husband Glenn of Manchester, brother, Ryan Bell and wife Ruth of Westminster; and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received at Hartzler Funeral Home-Libertytown, 11802 Liberty Rd., Frederick on Tuesday, November 14 from 3 to 7 p.m. A graveside service will be held at Chapel Cemetery, 11109 Daysville Road on Wednesday, November 15 at 11 a.m. Pastor Ron Brown, pastor of Chapel Lutheran Church, will officiate.
