Cynthia Lynn Sims

June 23, 1954 - October 16, 2023

Bryan, Texas - Cynthia Lynn Sims, born June 23, 1954 in Lynnwood, California, passed into eternal life on October 16, 2023 in Bryan, Texas.

Cindy and her siblings moved around the state as their father was transferred due to work. They went to Arlington, Texas for four years and then to Corpus Christi, Texas where Cindy became a popular beach goer. While living in Corpus Christi, Cindy graduated from Cullen Junior High School and then from Richard King High School. She furthered her studies with a degree from Southwest Texas State University. She worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield until her retirement.

Cindy will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
