Raymond (Ray) Henry Bach, 66 years old, of Delaware, Ohio passed away on October 17, 2023, after a long battle with Cancer. He was preceded in death by parents Henry Bach and Anna (Cramer) Bach.
Raymond was formerly employed with Buehler's Grocery for 36 years.
He was an avid fisherman and would love to tell about the "whopper that got away." Ray was a loving husband and father. He was first and foremost a family man who will be greatly missed.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 44 years, Luwanna (Johnson) Bach, daughter Michelle Bach (Rob Steiff IV) of Columbus, Ohio; brothers Ralph (Patti) Bach and Randy Bach, both of Delaware, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. May his finishing lines always be taut, his jokes forever echo in our hearts and may he find eternal luck at the grandest casino in the sky!
The family wishes to express their appreciation and gratitude to Interim Hospice. Special thanks to Pastor Donnie Akers of Eastside Mission Church where Ray received spiritual and emotional fulfillment from attending services and assisting with the food pantry operations.
There will not be any formal service. A Celebration of Life for Raymond will be at a later date to be announced.

I worked with Ray 21 years of the 36 years at Buehlers. I think of him as a very kind man helpful always. He loved his fishing and gambling. most of all he loved his wife and daughter. Rest in Peace Ray. Your pain is no more.

Ray was a class mate of mine from 3rd grade through High School. He was a great man he would tell me some fishing stories when we ever ran into each other.
