My deepest condolences to Chips family whom I heard so much about.
Chip, it was a please to have you in my dental chair. Always a 9am slot. You always told me I was the best hygienist you found in London. Just like American standards.
Thank you for being so loyal to me and always putting a smile on my face as my day was just getting started.
You have gone too soon.... As all the good one

I was shocked to hear of the untimely passing of "Chip". His bon viveur, ready quaffing of superlative red wine and overall generosity, coupled with evident Southern Charm will be my lasting memory of him.
Wishing his family condolences.

I put on a suit and tie and then head out to pay my respects to Chip. I have just enough time to stop by and pick-up a new pair of shoes, but it starts to rain. Torrents of rain. High winds, tornado warnings. Scare your dog rain and storm. Of course, I get soaked and they don't have my size shoe. Well then, I think I have just enough time to get a cup of coffee before heading to the church. I do and I get some work completed before heading to the service, albeit a bit damp. When I arrive at the church, I think it odd there are so few cars in the lot. I check the time to confirm the start time for the service. It is 11:30 and not 11:00. Damn it, I'm early. Fortunately, I have my laptop and complete a bit more work before heading inside. The door is locked which isn't terribly odd, I am parked out back and coming in from an alternative entrance. They ring me in. All good. Then as I walk toward the sanctuary, I notice the side doors are open. That's odd, even more so when I see dozens of children practicing a Christmas program. Something is clearly amiss. I check my phone for the announcement thinking I have the wrong day and only then notice the actual service is at 11:30 at St. Michaels in London. I cannot quit laughing and suspect Chip is as well.
I'm fairly certain he is looking down with a smile on his face. We shall miss him.
God bless you all. God bless us all.

I was incredibly shocked and saddened to hear about the sudden loss of my dear friend and client Chip. I have been cutting Chip's hair for many many years ever since he arrived in London where he lived above my hair salon in knightsbridge. I have many fond memories of listening to his stories and stories of his beloved family. He was very proud of his daughters and grandchildren.
I used to cut his hair 7am. before he rushed of to work, always very punctual and organised. Never cancelled an appointment even when he had so much to do. One of his famous saying was * we don't do pitty parties, the show must go on!*
He was a true Texan Gentelman and enjoyed life to the full.
I will dearly miss Chip, he was a wonderful and happy man. Wishing Chip's family my deepest condolences. R.I.P

It was only last month that Chip was proudly showing me photos of his beautiful grandchildren. I've known Chip for many years and he was a true southern gentleman: charming and warm.
RIP Chip you will be missed x

So sad to hear this news, I haven't known Chip for long but what a gent. He very kindly invited me down to his office to see his working environment and recently gave a talk to Bayes Business School MSc Real Estate and Real Estate Investment students. I will miss the friendly football banter Chelsea v Spurs that we had. In September he attended our Real Estate careers fair and agreed to appear in a short promotional video we made I would be happy to send you a copy if you cna provide me with an e-mail address.

I am so sad to hear that we lost Chip. Chip had a massive job as the Managing Director for Business Development for Situs a real estate services firm. Chip was President of the LAI London Chapter which is how we met. With Chip's help we hosted one of the first meetings exploring the impact of BREXIT on the real estate industry in the UK and beyond.
I will miss that easy smile and positive attitude. Chip was a fellow UT Austin Longhorn graduate and we had a lot in common both coming from Texas. He was a true southern gentlemen in all respects. RIP my friend!

Our family grew up across the street from the Goods throughout the 60's, 70's and 80's. So we've known all of the Goods and considered them family. Montrose was the street that we all lived on and every house seemed to have quite a few children and they all seemed to be a similar age. So summer evenings were a virtual crowd outside and we frequently gathered around a telephone pole at the end of the Good's driveway much to Grace Good's distress. A herd of adolescent boys around your house is never a good thing. Chip of course was always in attendance and one of those very unusual people in that he was always in a great mood with a great big smile. If he ever had a sad or bad day in his life I never saw it and a happier kid there could never be. It sounds like he continued on in that tradition in his later life long after we parted ways when we grew up. Condolences to the remaining Goods could never be enough for this loss but rest assured that we are there with you in your sadness... J. Alan Payne. Denver, CO. [email protected]

As a friend and colleague we worked together to build the London Chapter of LAI (Lampda Alpha International) a professional organisation promoting best practice and knowledge sharing within the field of land economics and related disciplines.
Chip served as it President from January 1, 2021 - present. Chip's easy personality and enthusiasm for life was infectious life affirming. He will be sadly missed and the LAI Chapter will be meeting in London on the 5th December to continue Chip's good work and remember the special person that he was.

We are so saddened at the loss of your beloved brother, Ralph. How well we remember your family and grandparents in Tyler. All our pharmacy business was with your Dad, Ralph, Sr. and how we loved Grace. It was Grace that had such wonderful influence over Susan Regan, daughter, encouraging her to teach physical education after working with Grace at her school when Principal.
So many wonderful memories of you all and your exemplary family.
In our prayers,
Adele Regan and family
