Daniel SCHROETER Obituary
Of North Tonawanda, NY, March 13, 2022. Beloved life partner of Ann Hondzinski; devoted son of Charles and Elaine (nee Murak) Schroeter; cherished brother of David (Danielle) Schroeter, and Heather (late Michael) Wapniewski; adored by his five "fur children," Diesel, Quincy, Bentley, Spencer, and Tanika; loving uncle of Jeffery Jones, and Dean and Eva Schroeter; also survived by many dear family and friends. Friends may visit Wednesday, March 16th, and Thursday, March 17th, from 4-8 PM, at LAKESIDE MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 4199 Lake Shore Road, Hamburg, NY 14075. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, March 18th, at 9 AM, at St. Amelia Church, 2999 Eggert Road, Tonawanda, NY 14150. Please assemble at church. I am so sorry. I worked with Dan and was always impressed by his kind manner and friendly smile. He as a true gentleman and a pleasure to have known. Simple put: Dan was a great man. All should aspire to exemplify the same traits. I consider myself lucky to have been able to work with him and will miss him dearly.

We are so saddened to hear of Dan's passing. He was one of a kind in the most spectacular way. Our hearts ache but we will reflect on our wonderful memories with Dan and Ann over the years to lessen the sorrow for we are so grateful for having known such a wonderful man. May you RIP my friend.
