I was Lynne's secretary at New England Life in 1981. I was young, immature, and she put up with my many shenanigans. With Lynne's help, I became a testing analyst and eventually a project manager. She was kind, thoughtful, tactfully handled a lot of challenging situations, and set an example for me. I know she was crazy about her nieces and nephews and it was always "family first" as it should be.
