Kathleen Rankin Obituary

Kathleen Rankin died peacefully in her sleep on October 28, 2023. She is survived by her loving husband, Jeffrey Lloyd Rankin, her brother James Campion, Jr, her sisters Elaine Hartman and Shirley Smith, her sons, Jesse Spanburgh and Eduardo Zeruto, Jr.. Kathleen was born in Baltimore on November 10, 1956. She married Jeffrey Rankin and they were happily married for 24 years. They resided in the same house since they were first married in Columbia, MD. Kathleen was a kind and giving woman who would sacrifice for others.The memorial service was be on November 4th at 11:00 AM and will take place at Columbia Memorial Park. There will be a reception following for immediate family.
