Angela Wharton Obituary
Angela Kay Wharton, or as you may know her, Angie, peacefully passed away on October 15, 2023, at the age of 51. Angela was born on November 15, 1970, in Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt, Germany.
Angela was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend to many. She will be remembered for her compassion, humor, and kindness, and her unwavering faith and loyalty. She was a survivor and an overcomer, always facing life's challenges with strength and determination.
Angela was a dedicated mother and homemaker, devoting her time and love to her daughters, Tiffany Keahey and Kimberly Keahey. She adored her granddaughter, Leilah Rae Johnson, and cherished the special moments they shared together. Angela leaves behind a legacy of sisterhood, with her beloved siblings, Lorie Dawn Wharton and Michelle Lynn Lucius as well as a whole squad of aunts, uncles, and cousins will carry her memory forward, ensuring her spirit lives on. She was preceded in death by her mother, Catherine Kay Wharton, and her father, Walter John Wharton.
Angela had a knack for card and arcade games, shopping sprees that could rival any marathon, and a deep appreciation for classic western shows. Above all, her heart swelled with joy when surrounded by family and friends, sharing laughter and jokes that could brighten the gloomiest of days. She always brought smiles to the faces of those around her, creating cherished memories that will be forever treasured.
Angela had a deep faith in Jesus and found solace in worship at New Beginnings Church in Marysville, CA.
A memorial service to celebrate Angela's life will be held at New Beginnings Church, located at 616 C Street, Marysville, CA, on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at 1 PM. Friends and loved ones are invited to attend and pay their respects to a remarkable woman who touched the lives of many.
