formerly of Invercargill and Kingston. Unexpectedly, on January 20, 2021, at Dunedin Hospital, surrounded by his loving family; aged 85 years. Dearly loved husband and soul mate of Heather, much loved father and father-in-law of Raewyn, Pam and Gerald, Allan and Eve, and Paul and Rowena, loved Pop of Dan and Aleida, Mel; Leith, Tim; Emma and Blair, Susan and Matt; Alyssa, Caitlyn, and his 8 great grandchildren.

A service for George will be held in St Margaret's Green Island Presbyterian Church, 208 Main South Road, Green Island at 1.30pm, on Monday, January 25, followed by private cremation. Messages to 10A Kirkland Street, Green Island, Dunedin 9018.
