Moved to St. Petersburg in 2015. A Condo breakfast group was in play and I joined as number 4, thus met Richard. Richard had been a close friend and associate Condo Board Member. Learned Condo management issue(s) and at certain times Richard would have to calm me. Assisted Richard through his perseverance with health issues since his broken ankle at an outing in the woods outside of Atlanta, Georgia. Many humorous and serious times shared through the years. Richard was the third of the breakfast group to pass. I offer remembrance and memories of Richard, Jan and Lee.
