Hamptonville
Mrs. Kathryn Louise Sale Pardue, age 78, of Hamptonville, NC went home to be with the Lord on February 1, 2022. She was born on November 15, 1943 in Yadkin County to the late Harold and Nealie Couch Sale.
Kathryn worked many years at Chatham Manufacturing. Before retiring she worked as a CNA and enjoyed taking care of others. She attended Mountain View Baptist Church for many years. She loved working outside gardening and working in her flowers. Kathryn truly had a servant’s heart. Kathryn is survived by her children, Elaine (Robbie) Cheek, Becky Pardue, Vonda (Philip) Funderburk, and Jamie Pardue; grandchildren, Travis (Kate) Cheek, Emily (Brian) Tuthill, Cameron (Taylor) Cheek, Kara Pardue, Samantha (Frank) Martin; great-grandchildren, Samuel, Sarah Beth, Sophia, Susanna, Carter, Andie, and Macon; brothers, Rex (Virginia) Sale, and Bill (Kathy) Sale.
The visitation will be from 1 – 2 PM on Friday, February 4, 2022 at Mountain View Baptist Church in Hamptonville with the memorial service to follow at 2 PM, officiated by Anthony Silvers. The family requests masks be worn by all attendees. Online condolences may be made to www.gentryfuneralservice.com. Gentry Family Funeral Service of Jonesville is serving the Pardue family.

Kathryn and I was classmates at West Yadkin & had many enjoyable times growing up!! Her Mom and my Mom were cousins on the Couch side!! Praying for All the Family during this time for the Lord to Give you Strength and Peace!!!
