(Formerly of Waikaka) Peacefully at Resthaven Village, Gore on Sunday, February 15, 2026, aged 94 years. Loved son of *Bill and *Rachel, loved brother and brother-in-law of *Jim (twin) and Joan (Gore), *Raymond and Gale (Tapanui), respected and loved Uncle of Allan, Russell, *Judith, Alison, Liz; Andrew, Maree, Leisa, and Delwyn.

A service to celebrate the life of George will be held in the Calvin Community Presbyterian Church, 25 Robertson Street, Gore on Friday, February 20, at 1.30pm followed by the interment at Waikaka Cemetery.
