It´s with sad news at the passing of Willie.I have just been told and couldn´t find anything until now.
Willie was a good mate I have known for many, many years, and played a lot of rugby with at
The good old Waikiwi club. In Cromwell Willies name
Keeps on cropping up over a few beers at Radar Helms shed.Never ever a bad word, but always about his contributions both on and off the field.
For all the guys that hung out with and played with
Willie will never forget the wee man in the engine
Room of the forward pack at Waikiwi.
If it´s not about Willie during a few beers, I can
guarantee somewhere in conversation his father will Stan will always get a mention, along with all the
Guys from Waikiwi we played with, and I assure you it´s all great banta. So sorry and sad at the loss of a
really top guy taken far to early.
RIP Willie.
