David's wife Kristine, and family, would like to express our sincere thanks for the support and love shown to us following David's passing. Thank you to everyone who attended David's service, some travelling long distances. To those who gave food, phoned, visited, sent flowers, cards and messages, your kindness and heartfelt gestures have meant so much to us all. To Paula Ryan (Parkinson's disease educator) thank you for always being there for us. Your knowledge and support over the last 8 years has been amazing. To all the medical staff at East Otago Health a very big thank you. Special thank you to the team at Ross Home (Craig) the care given to David was outstanding. To those who left donations to Parkinson's at the service thank you. A special thanks to Matt at Hope and Sons for your support during this difficult time, and to Betty Fox for a wonderful service honouring David's life. Please accept this as personal acknowledgement.
