We would like to take a moment
To thank everyone today
Who has been there for us lately
In their very own ways

For the thoughtout cards and flowers
The food appearing in endless supply
The tasty beverages arriving
Or for simply popping by

To everyone who visited
Especially travelling from afar
To those who messaged or made a phone call
You all know who you are

To those who called on Wendy
While she was sitting at the house
Or those who enjoyed a lunch date
She loved those more than anything else

And all health professionals involved
Amazing care was given
Which as time went on evolved
