Verna EASON Obituary
EASON, Verna Marion:Passed peacefully at Vickery Court on April 2, 2021, aged 79. Loved wife of the late Jim. Loved Mum of Jocelyn and Chris, Bronwyn and Frank, Sharon and Neil, Janelle and Nigel, and the late Daryll. Loved Nana of Ellen, Adam, Sophie, James, Vinnie, Logan, Zac, and Emma. Loved Great-Nana of Piper, Lachy, and Louie. Loved Auntie of her nieces and nephews. A service to celebrate Verna's life will be held in Lindisfarne Methodist Church, 22 Lindisfarne Street, Invercargill, on Friday, April 9, at 10.00am, followed by interment at Tuatapere Cemetery at approximately 1.30pm. Sincere condolences on the loss of a very special lady. I enjoyed getting to know her as a member of the Foveaux Harmony Chorus. Her amazing talent and larger than life personality along with her kind heart made her a most remarkable woman.
