Born Dunedin, January 4, 1931. Died Dunedin, October 2 2024. Much loved and loving wife of 65 years of *John. Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Glyn and Howard Smith (Dunedin), Jan* and Ian Bennett (NSW), Sue and Geoff Patterson (Greytown), David and Tracy Kellock (Yackandandah, Victoria). Proud Grandma of Fiona, Catherine, Sarah, Michael; Troy, John*, Cassie: Rose, Anna, David; Ben and Luca. Loved Great-grandma of Mixi, Zephie, Charlotte, Henry, Archie, Darcy; Kayla, Emma and Daphne; Andrew, Paige; Laila; Elizabeth, Abigail, Penelope; Antonio, Leonardo; Riker and Indy. The service of thanksgiving for Veda will be held in First Presbyterian Church, 155 Tay Street, Invercargill, on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, commencing at 11.00am. Her interment will follow at Eastern Cemetery.
