Valmai SCHOFIELD Obituary

I wish to express my sadness at the passing of Val.
Val was one the last few remaining members of the large Pemberton whanua.
My mother would visit Val every time she came south to be with her father, Jim Pemberton and her sister Daph Carter.
Coral, Daph and Jim have past along with many others of the Pemberton whanua.
Every time I visited Val, I was warmly welcomed.

Mums day of turning 90 xxx

Deepest sympathies to all Val's family at this sad time. I met Val through Liz and Wayne and have some great memories of her she was such a warm hearted person she will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Sad to hear of Vals passing. Enjoyed my visits to her at her home and at Walmsley house. Loved her sense if humour. Blessings to you all. Love Joyce (Beck)
