Peacefully on April 19, 2025 at the Otago Community Hospice, with family by his side; aged 79 years. Loved partner, father, father-in-law, adored grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, loved by all his extended and blended families, friend, and mentor to many. Special thanks to Mercy Cancer Clinic, Dunedin Hospital, Oncology department, and Otago Community Hospice staff for their love and care. A celebration of Trevor's life will be held in Hope and Sons Chapel, 523 Andersons Bay Road, at 11.00am, on Saturday, April 26, followed by private cremation. Donations to Otago Community Hospice would be appreciated and may be left at the service. Messages to the Walker Family, C/- PO Box 5013, Dunedin 9054, or on Trevor's page at www.hopeandsons.co.nz where you can also access the livestream.

Dear Trevor was the Kindest and `Goodest´ Dr and Person there could ever be and I so give Thanks that he choose TeAnau to practice.
I looked forward to the Day Jann that I would one day see you both while walking on our east coast beach where I would simply say "Thank You" to him but wasnt to be.
Love and Hugs to you all on this a very sad day indeed xx
