Dearly loved and loving partner of Yvonne Coughlan, caring and engaging friend to Yvonne's family; Grant (deceased) and Brenda McLean, Holly, Jess and Alexandra, Warren and Karyn McLean, Ben and Libby, Joanne McLean, Rebekah, and Ethan Browne, a loved father, father-in-law, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many. A huge thank you to all the doctors and nurses in Dunedin Hospital ICU and also the staff at Chatsford.

A Mass to celebrate Tom's life will be held in St Mary's Parish Church, 91 Church Street, Mosgiel, at 1.30pm, on Friday, October 10. The service will be available to view via Livestream at www.gillions.co.nz/kea-channel.
