Our thoughts are with you, Noeline and the wider family at this time. We, like you all, have some fond memories of Jimmy. In particular I remember the great service that he provided to the senior rugby team, especially on those later and sometimes longer trips home from games. Certainly another important and well-liked character in the life and times of those Rivertonians who associated with him.

Hello there Cleaver families....when we remember things to celebrate Jimmy's life its got to be an ol neighbor, buses, and bus trips. In the mornings you would hear the buses crank up and idle warm ups for 5 minutes or so, then take off on the school runs. The bus shed was always a hive of activity with people coming and going, cleaning out, washing down, maintenance was also conducted there so a team of under and over's keeping the mechanical issues up to speck. And if you played sports or enjoyed a night out, Jimmy was the go to man for driver to the events and back. He must have had a few laughs on the way home from some of the senior rugby club trips after a good win, 10 Guitars was fav, with the songbirds up the back...the pop of bottle tops, the Cleavers well represented, Banjo, Billy Big Time, ardent fans of the team, players, Ian, Henry and Norman. Good days they were!!!!!. Jimmy displayed all things good in a man, and my bestest respects, as we remember him, and his achievements.
