Susan MORRIS Obituary

MORRIS,
Susan Jane (nee Devine):
27.06.1951- 24.06.2020
Sue passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 24, 2020, after a long journey, at Bethesda Hospice, Perth, Australia. Nature's way of taking and giving back, as Sue nursed for a number of years at Bethesda. She was surrounded by her loving husband Wayne, Stephen and Charlotte, Adam and Ella. Loved youngest daughter of the late Alfred (Andy) and Cecilia Devine. Little sister to Diane and Richard Andersen (South Carolina), Gail and the late Les Mason (Melbourne), and Wade and Judi (Invercargill).
Sue will be sadly missed
but never forgotten ......

Love is not changed by death.
And nothing is lost…
…and all in the end is harvest.

Deepest sympathy to Wayne,Stephen and Adam.
Sue will be remembered for the days I spent with her at Bethesda. Sue could always be relied upon to put a funny side to so many often difficult situations during our time working together.
We may have drifted apart in the latter years but so many fond memories of Sue will remain forever.
Rest in peace dear lady.

Found memories nursing with Sue at Christchurch Women's in the mid seventies. Great times. My thoughts are with her family at this sad time.

My deepest sympathy to Wayne and family. Sue will always be remembered with love. She was a dear friend as we journeyed through our nursing careers, our travel overseas together, a bridesmaid at my wedding, supporting my family when we moved to live in Perth, and then reconnecting again when you came to live in Nelson. My thoughts will be with you as you celebrate her life on Thursday.
