On July 8, 2021, unexpectedly at home, just short of her 79th birthday. Loving wife of the late Tom. Loved mum of Denise and Trevor. Cherished nana and great-nan of Kelvin, Aaron and Alex, Carly and Tyla; Louis, Lottie, and Jonty. Daughter of the late Lil and Sid Dodd. Older sister of Pat and Jim, Liz and George*, Michael and Janice, Shona and Wayne*, Barry*, Lesley* and Chris, Marilyn and Jason. Sister-in-law of Arthur and Val, and Doug and Jean. Loved aunty of her nieces and nephews. Messages may be addressed to The Family of Shirley Harradine, c/- 54 Weston Road, Oamaru 9401. A Celebration of Shirley's life will be held at Whitestone Funerals Chapel, 54 Weston Road, Oamaru, on Wednesday, July 14, at 10.30am.

Loving, kind, funny, selfless, caring and resilient are some of the words I would use to describe, Shirley. Always showed up for her family and friends. Endured 10 years without her soul mate, Tom, yet always remained positive. The best mother in the world. The best nana and grannan in the world. Not a day goes by that I don´t think of you, you are forever loved and missed. Oh how I wish I could turn back time.... Rest in so much love and peace, finally with Tom
