Sarah CRUMP Obituary

After a courageous battle, and in the beautiful care of dedicated staff at Hospice Southland, Sarah passed away on Saturday, June 1, 2024. Aged 43 years. Deeply loved and treasured, daughter of Gordon and Joan. Loved sister of Euan (Redan), and Fiona (Nelson). Loved niece and cousin of Alan* and Dorothy* Crump, Jim and Dorothy McFadzien, Colin and Margaret Crump, Ron; Owen and Lynne; Des and Janet Brewster and their families. Following a private family burial, a service in memory of Sarah, will be held in J Fraser and Sons Chapel, cnr. Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill, at 2.00pm, on Thursday, June 6. Messages to 105 Turner Street, Edendale, RD3 Wyndham 9893, and tributes may be left on Sarah's tribute page at frasersfunerals.co.nz/tributes where a livestream of the service will also be available.

Kia ora,

I am very sad to hear the news of Sarah's passing.
She was an amazing inspiration and dedicated ranger. We worked together on the Awarua/Waituna wetland restoration programme. Sarah always had a smile on her face, was dedicated to making the wetland a better place than she had found it in. She was a great colleague, DOC ranger and friend. She will be very missed.
