Thoughts are with Ruth's family at this time. Ruth was very much a community person and did many thoughtful deeds in the district. I remember the first Christmastime after Alex died when Ruth arrived with a Christmas cake for us. Ruth said she always did so for any local family that had had a death during the year. Just one example of the many thoughtful, caring deeds that Ruth did.

My sincere condolences to the Wheeler family. Ruth was an amazing lady - so hard working and not happy unless she was. Catering, baking, etc. etc.

On behalf of the Church family at John Knox Rangiora, our deepest condolences on the loss of such a lovely woman of God. Her support of the Church Fair was one of my enduring memories of Ruth.
