Dear Mandy. Saddened to learn of Russell´s passing. He was a great man with many fine qualities. Many a young rower will have grown hugely from his knowledge and wisdom. I especially enjoyed our banter as we competed as coaches after not connecting for years. All your family will be proud but a big loss to adjust to. Thinking of you all.
