Roderick James (Roddy):
CMT972838, Peacefully at Southland Hospital, aged 84. Dearly loved husband and friend of Anne. Best dad and father-in-law of Alan and Kimberley (Aust), Stacey and Mike (Whakatane), Gerald and Sally (Invercargill), Gareth and Sacha (Te Anau). Pop of Brittney, Karl, Sean, Pippa, Cameron, Connor, and Kelsey. A memorial service to remember the life of Roddy will be held on Sunday, January 24, 2021, 1.30pm at the Te Anau Club, Pop Andrew Drive, Te Anau. So sorry to see a long time Manapouri resident pass on.Ken remembers many enjoyable discussions with Roddy in the 1970s and 1980s when Ken was working in Manapouri for the National Park. Many problems solved and the world put to rights. Condolences to you Anne and your family. Unfortunately we will be unable to attend Roddys service.

Very sorry to hear of the passing of Roddy, we used to have so much fun with him when he used to ferry us across Manapouri Lake to join Cliff to go diving. They were great days.
