Robin FORD Obituary

Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family at Rosebank Lifecare, Ashburton, on August 12, 2023, aged 57 years. Dearly loved son of the late Reginald and Isabell. Dearly loved brother and brother-in-law of Bruce and Sue, Faye and the late Kevin Connelly, Grant Todd and the late Graeme Ford, Ross, Murray and Jeanette, Gillian and Bob Ward, and families. The family would like to thank Dr Penny Holdaway, the Cancer Society and Palliative Care for all their support. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ashburton Cancer Society would be much appreciated and may be left at the service. Messages to the Ford Family, PO Box 472, Ashburton 7740. A celebration of Robin's life will be held in Our chapel, cnr East & Cox Streets, Ashburton, on Thursday, August 17, commencing at 2.00pm, followed by a private cremation at Ashburton Crematorium.

Sorry I could not be there to say see u later.
Robin you were a hard case. Always a great time . Have great memories. Hugs to family and friends xx know Robin through his sister . Tekau days we had so much funxx she married Bob ward was great times. Social club tekau. Lots of dances etc.

I worked with Robin many years ago at Autolines and are very sad to hear of his passing. He was a lot of fun to work with and very good at his job. I miss his cheeky grin when I bring my car into Gluyas Mts. RIP Robin and my condolences to his family.
