Our loved Bert peacefully passed away at home, surrounded by his loving family on Monday, March 30, 2026; in his 83rd year. Cherished husband and best friend of Averil for 67 years. Dearly loved father and father-in-law of Steph and Robin, Keri and Murray, Kenneth, Ashley and Sasha. Adored Grandad Bert of Justin and Paris, Reegan; Brayden and Monique, Ryan and Alice, Shannen and Shaun, Karley and Jeremy; Keryn, Jaydon, and Logan; Jackson, McKenzie and Ruby, and Sienna. Loved Great-Grandad Bertie of Oliver, Jack, Georgia, Becca, Amelia, Millie, Oakley, Macklin, Iylee and Lacey. Brother-in-law of Allan and Joy.
