ROBERT CHURCH Obituary

Age 87, August 22, 2007. Beloved husband of the late Helen. Dear father of John (Mary), Jim (Deena), Kathy (Ken) Jagielski and Tom (Nanette). Loving grandfather of 10, great grandfather of 13 and great great grandfather of one. Brother of David (Jackie), Don (Yvonne), the late Mary (Leon) Carson, the late Christine (Doug) Fairbanks and the late Dorothy Church. Foster brother of Ray Dingman. Mr. Church was born on February 22, 1920 in Hamilton, Ontario. He was a member of the DAV, and a decorated Army veteran of WWII. He taught Math, Science and Drivers Education at South Lake High School in St. Clair Shores and was a bus driver for special needs children. He was also involved in Boy Scouts most of his life. Visitation Friday 3-9 p.m. at Kaul Funeral Home, 28433 Jefferson Avenue, St. Clair Shores. In state Saturday 8:30 a.m. until 9 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Germaine Church, St. Clair Shores.
