Richard Michael (Dick):
Peacefully passed on Monday May 21, 2018, in the care and love of family at Hospice Timaru, aged 73 years. Dearly loved husband and best friend of Pat (Roud) and the late Robyn Patricia Brown. Loving, caring father and father-in-law of Grant and Nancy (Namibia), Craig and Sharon (Perth), Mark and Alana (Timaru). Loved grandad of Brianna, Campbell, Rory, Gage, Blane, and Lucah. Loved brother of Kath, Erica, and Elizabeth (Australia). Special thanks to the awesome staff at Timaru Hospice for making Dad's last days comfortable, Dr Price and Timaru Hospital for their on-going support of Dick. Donations in lieu of flowers, to Hospice South Canterbury would be gratefully received and may be left at the service. Messages to Dick's family C/- 132 Otipua Road, Timaru, or 5A Nile Street, Timaru 7910. A service to Celebrate Dick's life will be held at Aoraki Funeral Services Chapel, 160 Mountain View Road, Timaru, on Friday May 25, 2018, at 1.00pm. Followed by a Private Cremation.

Dick, such good memories of fun times with our families in Ayton Drive, Glenfield all those years ago. Good times in the CBA Bank and it was great to catch up again at CBA Reunion in Mt Maunganui. Sincere sympathy to Dick's family. Randall & Gaye Ingold,Auckland

My sympathies to Dick's family. My memories are mainly associated with Timaru North Rotary - Dick phoned me for years to wish me happy birthday. Being a Rotary Exchange Dad. 4 Wheel Drive adventures. Always a good friend.
