Phyllis FAULKS Obituary

Peacefully on October 18, 2025, at Lakes District Hospital surrounded by loving family, after a short illness, aged 86 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Ian, loved mother and mother-in-law of Tony and Susan Faulks; and Jane and Steven Kirk, treasured Nana of Ben and Saskia, Harry and Emma; Ashley and Caleb, and Bridget and Antoine, cherished daughter of the late Ray and Dolly Woodbury, and loved sister and sister-in-law of Trevor and Lesley and the late Rex. A heartfelt thanks to the wonderful staff at Lakes District Hospital and the Hospice Southland team. As per Rel's wishes a private memorial service will be held.
